Welcome to Soomlish. These Terms govern your use of the Soomlish mobile application, website, and related educational services. By creating an account or using Soomlish, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use Soomlish. Users under the age of majority should use the platform under parental supervision where required by law.
3. Educational Services
Soomlish provides digital English learning services including lessons, learning paths, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading, listening, conversations, quizzes, games, classmates, Focus Mode, and other interactive features. Content may be added, updated, or removed as the platform evolves.
4. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account was accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activities under your account unless caused by our negligence.
5. Premium Services & Payments
Soomlish operates under a freemium model. Some content is free; premium features, subscriptions, lifetime access, bundles, or individual purchases may require payment through supported providers including Sifalo Pay (EVC Plus, ZAAD, Sahal, eDahab, M-Pesa, Premier Wallet, eBirr, and others as available).
Successful payment authorizes access to purchased digital content in accordance with the applicable product. Pricing and offerings may change over time.
6. Refunds
Refund requests may be considered for verified technical issues or duplicate charges. Contact soomlish54@gmail.com with your transaction details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate law, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with security, harass users, copy or redistribute content without permission, or use the platform for fraudulent activities.
8. Intellectual Property
All Soomlish content — lessons, graphics, audio, software, UI, trademarks, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Soomlish and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Availability
We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, or third-party interruptions may affect availability.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, security compromise, misuse, or unlawful activity. You may stop using Soomlish at any time.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Soomlish is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soomlish is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
